What counts as an "application credit"?
One credit covers the full AI-assisted prep for a single certification — document analysis, narrative drafting, and form prep. Eligibility screening does not consume a credit.
Do unused credits carry over?
Yes. Unused credits roll over each billing cycle up to your tier cap (2 for Starter, 4 for Professional, 10 for Enterprise). Credits expire if you cancel or downgrade.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Banked credits expire on downgrade.
What is the overage charge?
$79 per application for all paid tiers. You'll be notified before any overage charges are applied.
Do I need a consultant to use CertPath?
